DEA required prior to start. Immunizations: TB (90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu.

Assignment runs Jan 5, 2026 - Ongoing (initial 10-day blocks). Reason: Vacation coverage. Allowed holidays: Standard 6. Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours only. EMR: Epic. Setting: Inpatient (onsite). Privileges: Required. Stroke-certified: Yes. Patients per shift: 50-90 exams. Beds: 189. Trauma Level: III.
Practice Requirements: IN or IMLC license required. Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency). Minimum 2 years’ experience. BLS (AHA) required. Flu and COVID vaccination required (or medical/religious exemption). Credentialing: 30-60 days.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p
Reads: Plain films and CTs (ER STAT focus).
Optional: Ultrasound and MRI reads (not required).
No procedures, no fluoroscopy, no mammography.
Onsite only (not remote).
Always 1-3 other radiologists onsite.
Orientation required (7:30a-5p) Friday before start or within 2 weeks of assignment.
OT applies after 9 hrs/day.
